Joining Cerveceria Mexicana right out of college from the Mexican Institute of Technology in 1997, with a Technical degree in Food & Beverage and a BS in
Biochemical Engineering. Oswaldo knew creating good beer, was in his future.

Wanting to learn all he could about the product he loved and excited for the opportunities that awaited him.

Given to ultimate opportunity to learn more about Beer, Fermentations, and the process of creating a good beer. Oswaldo trained with Brewmasters and International Brewers from Anheuser Bush and Coors Brewing Company. Both breweries giving him priceless insight to the Brewing process.

With a hands on approach, Oswaldo was able to learn the basics on Special Operations in Malting, Packaging and Brewery Quality Control.

Taking very important key notes from the Big Brewers, Oswaldo combined his experience with his education to Master the Art of Brewing for Cerveceria Mexicana.

Throughtout the Brewing process, Oswaldo is there every step of the way, assuring us that with every sip of Cerveza Mexicali or any of his other fine brews, his magic will be recognized and appreciated by beer lovers around the globe.
